Board of Directors Requirements

• Must be a unit owner*
  
• Must not be delinquent on condo fees or other fines 
  
• Must be available at least once a month for board meetings 
  
• May optionally complete Candidate Statement of Qualifications form

The Board of Directors is comprised of volunteers, who are residents from the community, and who are not compensated in any manner. Board members may be contacted via email or addressed at scheduled monthly Board meetings. Board members are elected to 3 year terms.
In September 2015, the Board unanimously adopted the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Model Code of Ethics for Community Association Board Members.
